Sienna Lockhart is a wellness writer and CBD lifestyle editor with a deep interest in the quieter, more intentional side of self-care. She covers CBD basics, wellness routines, skincare, yoga and movement, and the everyday rituals that help people build a calmer, more balanced life. Her work at Envy CBD is grounded in the belief that wellness should feel approachable, not overwhelming — a few trusted tools, used consistently, are worth more than an entire shelf of products you never finish. When she is not writing, Sienna is rolling out her yoga mat at inconvenient times, testing new CBD-infused skincare with the patience of a scientist, and reminding everyone around her that rest is productive too.
