What does this mean for you?
  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 1-3 business days.
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund.
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Veteran's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas may affect delivery times as well due to the overflow of shipping during that period.

Any domestic order in the U.S. placed is eligible for free shipping.

Do You Ship To My State?

Envy CBD abides by all federal and state laws which means that we may not be able to ship our product to your state depending on your state's current laws around CBD.  Here is a list of states in which CBD is currently still illegal and Envy CBD will not be able to ship product to the following states at this time.

When will my order ship?

All orders usually have a processing time of 1-3 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays*.  Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping.

When will I receive my order after it ships?

Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS shipping time is on average 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.

*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.

What Do I do If my Package Is lost?

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven't received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS.

Consider submitting a Missing Mail search request online at MissingMail.USPS.com or file a claim for insured items meeting the appropriate time frame. You can also visit your local post office for assistance in filling out a Missing Mail request.
