CALL-TO-ACTION: Urge Lawmakers in California to Permit the Retail Sale of Hemp CBD!

We've all been in this predicament before; you've found your ideal hemp-derived CBD brand to suit your needs, but the only avenue that you can find to stock your products is through the brand website.  While we're not too worried about traffic coming to our website, we're out to help those sample and try our premium, Full Spectrum CBD products; and we look to achieve that by securing the retail sale of our products through established businesses!

This article is a call-to-action that helps our industry become a reckoning force as we urge California Lawmakers to permit the retail sale of hemp-derived CBD.  Last year, the California Department of Public Health issued guidance, inaccurately alleging that hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) is prohibited by law to be sold in retail stores in the state.

We ask for your help in redressing the pronouncement which has cast a chill on legal commerce in popular products that promote health and wellness among California citizens.
