Our Favorite Summer CBD Oil Recipes

Summer is finally here.  And with it, comes cold drinks, ice cream, and light foods.  However, if you're tired of trying the same old recipes and are ready to spice things up, CBD is the answer!  Yes, you heard us right.  You can easily add CBD oil to any recipe.  This way, you can give your foods a healthy boost and enjoy the benefits of CBD oil.  Today, we've rounded up some of our favorite CBD oil food and drink recipes that are easy to make, delicious, and perfect for the season ahead.


This lavender and lemon cocktail is one of our favorite CBD drink recipes you can make with any of our CBD Tinctures.  It's also the best poolside cocktail to get you buzzed!


  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of dried lavender
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 4 oz of gin
  • 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons of CBD oil

  1. First, make the lavender syrup in a saucepan by bringing water and sugar to a boil over medium-high heart.  Once it's boiling, lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and add in the lavender.  Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes, then strain and let it cool completely.
  3. Add ice, gin, lemon juice, CBD Oil and 4 tablespoons of your freshly made lavender syrup into a shaker for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the cocktail into the chilled martini glasses, garnish with a lemon peel, and enjoy this refreshing CBD oil recipe!


Another popular CBD drink recipe is our CBD Raspberry Iced Tea, made with fresh seasonal berries.  If you want to cool down on your porch and enjoy the scenery, this is your drink!


  • 4 cups of water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 cup of raspberries, extra for garnish
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of CBD oil

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.  Remove from heat and add the sugar.  Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves, and add the tea bags.  Let them steep for 15 minutes, and remove the tea bags.  Let it cool completely.
  2. Bring the other 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.  Lower the heat and add the raspberries.  Mash them and let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes before removing it from the heat.  Put it aside to cool down.
  3. Strain out the raspberries and mix the cold tea and raspberry water.  Add the lemon juice and CBD Oil.  You can opt for our Strawberry Watermelon CBD Tincture flavor for an extra fruity taste.
  4. Chill the drink in the fridge.  Serve with more berries and enjoy this cooling CBD Oil recipe!


    Yet another heavenly CBD drink recipe is our CBD Orange Smoothie.  Here, we will add our CBD Orange Tincture for a natural boost to your hot summer day.


    • 2 peaches
    • 1 mango
    • 1 cup of orange juice (pulp is optional)
    • Handful of ice cubes
    • 2 teaspoons of Orange CBD Oil


    1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy drink.
    2. Add more juice if the mixture is too thick for your liking.  Add more ice of fruit if it's too runny for your taste.
    3. Pour into your smoothie glass and enjoy this yummy CBD Oil recipe!

      We don't only have CBD drink recipes for you.  We also have CBD-infused foods and appetizers, too!  Our apple walnut salad dressed in our Double Apple CBD Tincture oil is one of them!

      • 1 large head of lettuce or your favorite leafy green!
      • 1 sliced apple
      • 1/4 cup of sliced red onions
      • 3/4 cup of roasted walnuts
      • 3/4 cup of feta cheese


      • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
      • 1/4 cup olive oil
      • 1/4 cup honey
      • 2 teaspoon Double Apple CBD Tincture Oil


      1. Mix the lettuce, onions, apples, and walnuts in a large bowl and set aside.
      2. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and CBD oil in a separate bowl.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
      3. Drizzle (or drench) the apple dressing over your salad.  Top with crumbled feta cheese and enjoy this healthy CBD oil recipe!

        CBD TACOS

        Put a twist on your tacos with one of our most creative CBD oil recipes to date.  This is the perfect dish for a friendly get-together that will leave your guests full and satisfied!


        • 3 avocados
        • Juice of 1 lime
        • 1/2 cup diced onions
        • 2 diced tomatoes
        • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
        • 2 teaspoons CBD oil


        • 1 lb ground beef
        • 1 minced red onion
        • 2 minced garlic cloves
        • Olive oil
        • Taco seasoning
        • Taco shells or tortillas


        1. To start this CBD oil recipe, mash the avocados and combined with diced onions, tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, and CBD oil.  Mix well and set your guacamole aside.
        2. Put a saucepan over medium heat.  Add enough olive oil to sautée the onion and garlic.  Ad the ground beef and cook through.  Put in the seasoning and stir until well combined.
        3. Let the taco filling simmer for 15 minutes to absorb all the flavors.
        4. Prepare your tortillas or taco shells, fill in with enough beef, top with CBD-infused guacamole, and enjoy!

          Last, but certainly not least, we have to include desserts in our summer CBD oil recipes, and who doesn't like chocolate chip cookies?!  Now you can enjoy these delicious classics with a hint of CBD for good measure.

          CBD chocolate chip cookies


          • 1 cup softened butter
          • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
          • 1 cup brown sugar
          • 2 eggs
          • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
          • 2 teaspoons CBD oil
          • 1/2 teaspoon salt
          • 1 teaspoon baking soda
          • 3 cups flour
          • 2 cups chocolate chips


          1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
          2. Whisk together the butter, granulated and brown sugar.  Beat in the eggs and add the vanilla, CBD oil, and salt.
          3. Dissolve the baking soda in a tablespoon of hot water and add to the mixture.
          4. Fold in the chocolate chips and scoop the batter to place on the baking sheet.
          5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown.  Let them cool if you have the patience before digging in!
